The menu includes crab cake sandwiches, mac 'n' cheese egg rolls, shrimp and grits and, for breakfast, cinnamon toast strips with mascarpone and blueberries, and peach cobbler oatmeal. The food was unlike the standard lunch fare at the shipyard, where other trucks sold Bojangles and Chick-fil-A, he said.  |
