The singer-songwriter usually gets it right with her wardrobe, but this time her fans weren’t so sure.
Halsey, 24, stepped out to the Billboard Music Awards 2019 in a satin and lace ballgown that stirred mixed emotions.
Dangerously teetering towards a wardrobe malfunction, the strapless bodice seemed to slip down her bust. As her assets popped out of the dress, it was a miracle that it managed to stay upright. Patterned with lacy cutouts, the blue gown wrapped around her waist before falling to the ground. An extremely high-cut slit ran up one leg, nearly exposing her nether-regions. The Californian babe paired the evening gown with black stiletto heels and a few silver rings. Her jet black hair was worn in a slicked-back style, and she added a deep blue lipstick to complete the edgy look.
